1. Pear

Ch 2 with light green or start with a magic ring.

1. 6 sc into the 1st ch or into the magic ring, 1 sl into the 1st sc (= 6 sc)

2. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)

3. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (= 18 sc)

4. 2 sc in every 3rd sc (= 24 sc)

5. 2 sc in every 4th sc (= 30 sc)

6. 2 sc in every 5th sc (= 36 sc)

7. 2 sc in every 6th sc (= 42 sc)

8. 2 sc in every 7th sc (= 48 sc)

Pull the yarn end through the 6 remaining st and close the hole.

Pull the yarn end through the pear to the beginning and pull till the pear dents a little at the bottom and the top. This way your work becomes a real “pear-shape”.

Secure the yarn and weave in the end.

1. Ch 12 with green.

2. Skip the 1st ch at the needle and continue crocheting into the next ch: 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 1 sl

Continue by pulling the yarn to the bottom and embroider the calyx at the bottom.

Fasten off and weave in the end.
