Break yarn and draw the yarn end through the remaining sts and pull tight.

Join seam. Stuff the body. 

Stick the safety eyes through the middle of the eye circles and attach them at row 36 with 14 sts between them. 

Work a white gathering thread through every st along the bottom and draw up tightly. Join bottom seam. Weave in the end.

Sew the eye circles onto the head. Embroider with white a mouth over row 29 - 31 (see picture).

Cast on 10 sts with yellow.

Knit in 2x2 rib stitch, start with k2.

1 - 6. 2x2 rib stitch

7. kfb, 8 sts 2x2 rib stitch, kfb (= 12 sts)

Knit all kfb-sts in st st.

8. p1, 10 sts 2x2 rib stitch, p1

9. kfb, k1, 8 sts 2x2 rib stitch, k1, kfb (= 14 sts)

10. p2, 10 sts 2x2 rib stitch, p2

Bind off in pattern.

Knit another side fin and sew them onto the side of the blowfish at row 40-46.

Cast on 14 sts with yellow.

Knit in 2x2 rib stitch, start with k2.

1 - 6. 2x2 rib stitch

7. kfb, 4 sts 2x2 rib stitch, k2tog, leave the rest of the sts unworked (= 7 sts)

Continue over the 7 knitted sts of row 7. Leave the other sts resting onto the needle or transfer them to an auxiliary needle.

8. 6 sts 2x2 rib stitch, pfb (= 8 sts)

9. k4, p2, k2 (= 8 sts)

10. p2tog, k2, p4 (= 7 sts)

11. k4, p1, p2tog (= 6 sts)

12. k2tog, p4 (= 5 sts)

Break yarn and draw tightly through the st.

Weave in the ends. Sew the tail fin onto the back of the body, where the yellow part merges into the white part.
