Fasten off and leave a long thread. Use this to sew the ears to the head between round 5 and 11.

Ch 6 with light grey. Continue crocheting on both sides of the chain.

Lightly stuff the tail, fold it in half and close with 5 sl. Fasten off and leave a long thread to sew the tail to the body.

Sew the head, the arms, and the tail to the body. Sew the tail 2 rounds below the waistband to the body and the arms just below the head.

Ch 86 with yellow.

1. 1 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, 84 sc (= 85)

2. - 4. 1 turning ch, 85 sc (= 85)

Fasten off and weave in the ends.

Cut 12 yellow threads of 8 cm and 6 light grey threads of 8 cm.

Make sets of 3 threads with 2 x yellow and 1 x light grey.

Fold the threads in half and pull them through a stitch at the end of the scarf. Pull the ends through the created loop and tighten. If necessary, trim the ends of the fringes straight so they are the same length. Wrap the scarf around the cat's neck.
