Flexible Lawn Edging

• Ensure you have read and fully understood the instruction manual and safety advice before using this product.
• Always wear suitable gloves during installation, maintenance, or removal to avoid injury from sharp tools, rough surfaces, or pinching hazards.
• Install only on stable, level ground free from large stones, roots, or debris that could interfere with anchoring or cause uneven pressure on the edging.
• Do not use power tools or heavy machinery directly on or near the edging material during installation or lawn maintenance to prevent accidental cuts, melting, or displacement.
• Use only the plastic nails and pins provided with the product; substituting them with metal or unsuitable fasteners may damage the edging or present safety hazards.
• Do not attempt to bend the rubber edging beyond its designed flexibility range. Excessive force may cause permanent deformation, cracking, or breakage.
• Avoid installing in extreme cold conditions (below 5°C), as UV-resistant rubber may stiffen and become more prone to cracking during manipulation.
• Ensure all pins and nails are fully inserted and flush with the ground to prevent trip hazards and lawn equipment damage.
• Maintain a safe distance from the edging when operating lawnmowers, strimmers, or edging tools to avoid snagging or damaging the product.
• Periodically inspect the edging, nails, and pins for signs of wear, loosening, or damage; replace any compromised components immediately.
• Ensure the edging remains securely anchored over time, particularly after heavy rain, frost, or ground movement, which may cause shifting or partial dislodgement.
• Do not expose the edging to direct flames, fire pits, or other high heat sources, as rubber is combustible and may degrade or release harmful fumes.
• Avoid contact with corrosive chemicals such as weed killers, petrol, solvents, or pesticides not rated as safe for rubber-based garden products.
• Store any unused edging or spare components in a cool, dry, and shaded location away from direct sunlight to prolong material lifespan and avoid warping.
• When removing or relocating the edging, pull the pins vertically and slowly to prevent snapping or soil disturbance. Always clear the surrounding area before attempting removal.
• Keep children and pets away from the installation area until the edging is fully secured and checked for stability.
• Do not use this product to retain soil, gravel, or mulch at heights greater than the product's designed vertical limit. Overloading can result in collapse or edging failure.
• Clean the rubber edging periodically with water and a mild detergent to remove organic build-up that may encourage moss or algae growth, which can create slip hazards.
• This product is intended for domestic landscaping and lawn edging use only; do not use in load-bearing or structural applications.
• If any part of the product becomes detached, cracked, or brittle, remove it immediately and replace with suitable components to avoid hazards and maintain edging integrity.
