PTFE Sheets made from premium grade PTFE material and are the ideal size to fit most presses including our exclusive PixMax 38x38cm and 40x50cm Heat Presses.
These quality Teflon Sheets are made from premium grade Teflon material and are the ideal size to fit most presses including our exclusive PixMax 38x38cm and 40x50cm Heat Presses. They are perfect for keeping your heat press clean and in good condition and the sheets themselves are easily cleaned so can be used time and time again.
Using Teflon Sheets also ensures that heat is evenly distributed during the heat transfer process and protects the heat press platen by creating a barrier between the platen and the sublimation paper or vinyl. These sheets stop residual build up of glue and ink on the platen which will enable you to concentrate on producing great looking designs rather than having to stop and clean the platen.

1. Maintenance
Clean the Teflon sheet regularly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and mild detergent to remove ink, adhesive, or residue buildup.
Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads, as these may damage the non-stick coating.
Ensure the sheet is completely dry before reuse to prevent moisture interference during heat pressing.
Do not fold or crease the sheet, as this may cause permanent damage and reduce its effectiveness. Store it flat or rolled up in a dry, cool place.
If adhesive or vinyl residue builds up on the sheet, gently wipe it off with a damp cloth while the sheet is cool. Do not scrape with sharp tools, as this may cause scratches or tears.
Avoid exposing the sheet to temperatures beyond its specified heat resistance, as excessive heat may cause warping or degradation.
Regularly inspect the sheet for signs of wear, such as cracks, peeling, or discoloration. Replace it if any damage is detected to ensure optimal performance.
Keep the sheet away from sharp objects to prevent punctures or cuts that may compromise its heat resistance and durability.
Store the sheet in a clean, dust-free environment to prevent contamination that could transfer to fabrics or materials during pressing.
If the sheet begins to lose its non-stick properties, consider replacing it to maintain smooth and efficient heat transfers.
