This product is intended solely for indoor cycling training use with compatible bicycles fitted with 26”, 29”, or 700c wheels; it must not be used for any other purpose.
This product is intended for use by adults and adolescents with appropriate cycling experience; it is not a toy and must not be used by children without competent adult supervision.
Ensure the combined weight of the user and bicycle does not exceed 200kg; exceeding this limit may result in structural failure and serious injury.
Always install the supplied Trainer Skewer before mounting the bicycle onto the trainer; failure to use the correct skewer may result in the bicycle becoming detached during use.
Ensure the trainer is placed on a flat, level, stable surface before installation; uneven or unstable surfaces may cause tipping or loss of balance.
Inspect the trainer before every use for loose fasteners, cracks, deformation, excessive wear, oil leakage from the resistance unit, or instability; do not use if any defect is identified.
Ensure the bicycle is securely clamped into the trainer and that the rear tyre is correctly aligned with the resistance roller before riding.
Do not over-tighten the resistance adjustment knob; excessive pressure may cause tyre damage, overheating, or premature wear of the resistance unit.
Keep hands, hair, loose clothing, jewellery, and accessories away from moving parts including the flywheel and rear wheel while in operation.
Never touch the rear wheel, resistance roller, or flywheel while they are in motion.
The resistance unit may become hot during extended use; allow sufficient cooling time before touching or storing the trainer.
Always use the supplied front wheel riser block to ensure correct bike levelling and stability.
Mount and dismount the bicycle carefully; ensure the bike is fully stationary before getting on or off.
Never release both hands from the handlebars while riding on the trainer.
Do not stand and sprint aggressively unless you are experienced and confident in the stability of your setup; excessive lateral force may cause instability.
Sudden heavy braking while mounted on the trainer may cause premature tyre wear or equipment stress; reduce speed gradually.
Keep children, pets, and bystanders at a safe distance during use to prevent entanglement or injury.
Do not use the trainer outdoors or in damp, wet, or humid environments; moisture may cause corrosion and increase the risk of slipping or structural weakness.
Ensure adequate ventilation in the room during exercise to prevent overheating and condensation.
Do not modify, dismantle, or alter the trainer or resistance unit; unauthorised modifications void warranty and may create serious safety hazards.
Only use original replacement parts supplied or approved by the manufacturer.
When folding or unfolding the trainer, keep fingers clear of pivot points to avoid pinching or crushing injuries.
Store the trainer in a dry location away from direct sunlight, corrosive substances, or heavy objects that could damage the frame or resistance unit.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal conditions.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or discomfort, and seek medical advice.
This product is not suitable for therapeutic or medical rehabilitation purposes unless approved by a qualified professional.
Dispose of the product at end of life in accordance with local regulations for metal and mixed-material fitness equipment; do not dispose of in household waste where prohibited.
