• Attach 2 washers to the underside of the floor panel.

Parts used:

• M6×25 mm flanged button head bolt | T0434 | 2×

• washer | K0221 | 2×

• Screw the 4 standing feet into the bottom of the floor panel.

• Ensure at least 20 mm of space remains under the floor once leveled.

Parts used:

• standing foot | V0050 | 4×

• Place the floor panel in its final position.

• Pull the power cable through the installation hole.

• Use a laser level and L-square ruler to adjust the feet and level the panel.

• Insert dowels into the predrilled holes.

• Set the dock panel onto the floor panel using dowels.

• While placing the panel, pull the power cable through the dock opening and plug it into the circuit breaker connector.

• Secure the dock panel with bolts and washers.

• Do not tighten the bolts fully.

Parts used:

• M8×45 mm hex head bolt | T0204 | 2×

• washer | T0198 | 2×

• dowel pin |T0122 | 2×

• Secure the frame using screws; start from the side, then continue to the bottom screws.

• Do not tighten bolts completely yet.

Parts used:

• M6×120 mm countersunk hex head bolt | T0430 | 4×

• washer | T0438 | 4×

• M6×30 mm cheese head bolt | T0432 | 3×

• Place the insulation piece directly onto the floor panel.

• Position the wall panel on the floor using dowel pins.

• Secure it with bolts and washers.

• Do not fully tighten the bolts.

Parts used:

• M8×70 mm hex head bolt | T0091 | 2×

• washer | T0198 | 2×

• dowel pin | T0122 | 2×

• Fasten the remaining bolts into the rear frame.
• Do not fully tighten the bolts yet.

Parts used:

• M6×65 mm countersunk hex head bolt | T0431 | 4×

• washer | T0438 | 4×

• Insert dowel pins into the predrilled holes on the dock (2.0_S) and wall panel (3.0_S).
• Use screws T0397 to anchor the roof panel 4.0_S from the top and T0441 to secure the roof from the back, do not tighten the wood screws completely.

Parts used:

• dowel pin | T0122 | 4×

• M6×30 mm flanged button head bolt | T0441 | 4×

• M6×40 mm cheese head bolt | T0397 | 3

• Screw two parts of the handle through the hole in the glass by enclosed M6 screw with hex socked bottom head, use hex key no. 4.
• Use a plastic spacer to prevent contact between glass and screws, tighten properly.

Parts used:

• Handle set | P0112 | 1×

• Place the door frame into position as shown.
• Anchor it from both sides using bolts.
• Tighten all bolts fully in this step.

Parts used:

• M6×120 mm countersunk hex head bolt | T0430 | 4×

• M6×65 mm countersunk hex head bolt | T0431 | 4×

• washer | T0438 | 8×

• Connect the power supply cord to the powerbox connector, located at the bottom of the powerbox.
• Use the click-in strain relief to prevent the cord from being pulled out.
• Then, use the magnets to attach the revision door over the powerbox.

Parts used:

• Strain relief | E0508 | 1×

Important:
Before assembling the acoustic pod, ensure the power cord remains unplugged from the wall outlet throughout the assembly process. This precaution is essential to prevent electrical hazards and ensure safety during assembly.

• Connect the light power cable and presence detector cable to the connector located in the dock (2.0_S) before mounting the ledge.
• Attach the ledge to the roof panel using bolts.

Parts used:

• M4×10 mm countersunk torx head bolt | T0423 | 4×

• Use bolts to attach the display to the interior panel 6.4_S as shown in the diagram.

Parts used:

• M3×8 button head metric bolt | T0480 | 8×

• Turn the cap and pull it out as shown.

• Connect the cables and insert the socket to the cut-out.
• Tightening the bolts.
• Mount the cap back on.

• Attach the interior panels 6.1_S, 6.4_S using the built-in magnets.

• Before interior panel 6.4_S is placed, plug the LAN cable into the control display.

• Place and attach the interior panel 6.2_S using magnets.

  
  

Attach the upholstered ceiling panel 9.2_S using magnets.

• Insert the Table holders P0589 into the slots and anchor them from the outer side of the Dock by wood screws to predrilled holes.

• Place the Table 9.1_S on the holders and secure with screws.

• M6×25 mm flanged button head bolt | T0434 | 4×

• M4×30 mm wood bolt torx 20 head | T0178 | 2×

• Attach the magnets to the rear and door frame using bolts and washers, as shown.

Parts used:

• magnet | V0026 | 28×

• M4×18 mm metric bolt | T0475 | 28×

• washer | T0406 | 28×

• Fix the external panels 7.2_S, 7.13_S, 7.16_S to the frame using bolts as shown.

Parts used:

• T0406 | Washer

• Attach the remaining external panels 7.1_S to 7.12_S using magnets.

• Start from the bottom and work your way up, following the placement layout shown in the picture.

• Place the roof cover 4.0_S on top of the MICROOFFICE.

• Align it carefully to ensure full coverage and fit.
