  1. 1. Prepare the Headboard Legs

    1. Take the Headboard Legs (2 & 3).
    2. Insert Threaded Studs (E) into the predrilled holes as shown in the diagram.
    3. Ensure the studs are fully tightened and aligned straight for later assembly.

  2. 2. Prepare the Headboard Panel

    1. Take the Headboard Panel (1) and the Headboard Lower Panel (4).
    2. Insert Wood Dowels (J) into the predrilled holes of both panels.
    3. Make sure the dowels are pushed in fully and sit firmly in place.

  3. 3. Attach Left Headboard Leg

    1. Position the Headboard Leg – LH (2) onto the side of the Headboard Panel (1) and Headboard Lower Panel (4).
    2. Align the Threaded Studs (E) and Wood Dowels (J) with the predrilled holes.
    3. Secure the connection with:
      • Half Moon Bracket (G)
      • Small Flat Washer (M)
      • Spring Washer (I)
      • Nut (F)
    4. Tighten using the Spanner (L).

  4. 4. Attach Right Headboard Leg

    1. Position the Headboard Leg – RH (3) onto the opposite side of the Headboard Panel (1) and Headboard Lower Panel (4).
    2. Align the Threaded Studs (E) and Wood Dowels (J) with the holes.
    3. Secure with:
      • Half Moon Bracket (G)
      • Small Flat Washer (M)
      • Spring Washer (I)
      • Nut (F)
    4. Tighten firmly using the Spanner (L).

  5. 5. Secure the Headboard Assembly

    1. With the Headboard Panel (1), Headboard Lower Panel (4), and Legs (2 & 3) assembled, insert Bolts (D) through the predrilled holes at the joints.
    2. Add the following to each bolt:
      • Large Flat Washer (H)
      • Spring Washer (I)
    3. Tighten all 6 bolts using the Allen Key (K).
    4. Ensure the headboard structure is stable and square.

  6. 6. Prepare Footboard Legs

    1. Take the Footboard Legs (6 & 7).
    2. Insert Threaded Studs (E) into the predrilled holes of each leg.
    3. Make sure the studs are straight and fully tightened for later connection.

  7. 7. Prepare the Footboard Panel

    1. Take the Footboard Panel (5).
    2. Insert Wood Dowels (J) into the predrilled holes at both ends of the panel.
    3. Make sure the dowels are pushed in securely.

  8. 8. Attach Footboard Legs

    1. Position the Footboard Legs (6 & 7) at each end of the Footboard Panel (5).
    2. Align the Threaded Studs (E) and Wood Dowels (J) with the holes in the panel.
    3. Secure each connection with:
      • Half Moon Bracket (G)
      • Small Flat Washer (M)
      • Spring Washer (I)
      • Nut (F)
    4. Tighten using the Spanner (L).

  9. 9. Prepare Headboard and Footboard

    1. Take the completed Headboard Assembly (1, 2, 3, 4) and insert Threaded Studs (E) into the predrilled holes at the bottom of both legs.
    2. Take the completed Footboard Assembly (5, 6, 7) and insert Threaded Studs (E) into the predrilled holes at the bottom of both legs.
    3. These studs will later connect to the side rails.

  10. 10. Attach Side Rails

    1. Insert Wood Dowels (J) into the Side Rails (8 & 9).
    2. Align the side rails with the threaded studs on both the headboard and footboard.
    3. Secure the connections using:
      • Half Moon Bracket (G)
      • Small Flat Washer (M)
      • Spring Washer (I)
      • Nut (F)
    4. Tighten all fittings using the Spanner (L).

  11. 11. Secure the Side Rails

    1. Insert Wood Dowels (J) into the remaining holes of the Side Rails (8 & 9).
    2. Connect the side rails to the Headboard (1) and Footboard (5) using the pre-installed Threaded Studs (E).
    3. Secure each joint with:
      • Half Moon Bracket (G)
      • Small Flat Washer (M)
      • Spring Washer (I)
      • Nut (F)
    4. Tighten all nuts securely with the Spanner (L).
    5. Ensure the bed frame is square before proceeding.

  12. 12. Assemble Centre Support Rail

    1. Take the Centre Support Rail (10) and position the Support Legs (11) beneath it at the marked points.
    2. Secure each leg using:
      • Bolt (D)
      • Large Flat Washer (H)
      • Spring Washer (I)
    3. Tighten firmly with the Allen Key (K).

  13. 13. Install Centre Support Rail

    1. Position the assembled Centre Support Rail (10) between the Headboard (1) and Footboard (5).
    2. Attach the rail ends using:
      • Bolt (C)
      • Large Flat Washer (H)
      • Spring Washer (I)
    3. Tighten with the Allen Key (K).
    4. Ensure the entire bed frame is squared up before tightening all bolts fully.

  14. 14. Install Bentwood Slats

    1. Take the Bentwood Slats (12) and insert one Slat End Cap (A) onto each end.
    2. Place the slats across the bed frame, securing the ends into the side rails.
    3. For paired slats, use a Slat Centre Cap (B) to fix them to the Centre Support Rail (10).
    4. Repeat until all slats are evenly installed.
