Please note that for safety reasons the maximum recommended mattress height for this bed is 15cm.

Handy hint: If you keep the hardware in a bowl during assembly you will be less likely to lose them.

Warnings:

High beds and the upper bed of bunks beds are not suitable for children under six years due to the risk of injury from falls
Bunk beds and high beds can present a serious risk of injury from strangulation if not used correctly.
Never attach or hang items to any part of the bed that are not designed to be used with the bed, for example, but not limited to, ropes, strings, cords, hooks, belts and bags.
Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall, a roof pitch, the ceiling, adjoining pieces of furniture (e.g. cupboards) and the like. To avoid risk of serious injury, the distance between the top safety barrier and the adjoining structure shall not exceed 75mm or shall be more than 230mm.
Do not use the bunk bed/high bed if any structural part is broken or missing and always follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
The largest size of mattress recommended for safe use is 190cm x 90cm with maximum thickness of (6 inch).
Frequent ventilation of the room is necessary to ensure that humidity is kept low and to prevent mould forming in and around the bed.
We strongly recommend regular checks on all assembly fastenings to ensure they are properly tightened.

Materials

1. Assemble the Bunk End Frames
Position two Bed Posts (A) vertically as shown in the diagram.

Insert Wood Dowels (3) into the pre-drilled holes on the Headboard and Footboard Panels (B, C, D).

Align the panels (B - Top Panel, C - Mid Panel, D - Bottom Panel) between the two Bed Posts (A).

Secure the panels by inserting Barrel Nuts (2) into the side holes and fastening them with JCBC Bolts (1).

Use the M4 Allen Key (9) to tighten all bolts, ensuring the frame is stable and secure.
2. Assemble the Bunk End Frames with the Side Rails and Guardrails
Position the assembled bunk end frames upright.

Attach the Upper Side Rails (H & I), Front Guard Rails (E) and Back Guard Rails (F) by inserting Wood Dowels (3) into the pre-drilled holes.

Secure them with Barrel Nuts (2) and JCBC Bolts (1).

Use the M4 Allen Key (9) to tighten all bolts.

Install the Guardrail Spindle (G) by aligning it vertically between the guardrails and securing it with JCBC Bolts (4) and tighten all bolts, ensuring the structure is stable.
3. Assemble the Ladder
Position the Ladder Rails (J & K) vertically, ensuring they are aligned as shown in the diagram.

Insert Wood Dowels (3) into the ends of each Ladder Step (L).

Align the Ladder Steps (L) between the Ladder Rails (J & K) and press them into place.

Secure the steps using JCBC-W Bolts (5), inserting them through the ladder rails into the steps.

Use the M4 Allen Key (9) to tighten all bolts, ensuring the ladder is stable.
4. Attach the Ladder
Position the assembled ladder (J & K) against the designated side of the bed frame, ensuring proper alignment.

Secure the ladder to the bed frame using JCBC-W Bolts (5), inserting them through the pre-drilled holes on the side rail into the ladder rails.

Tighten the bolts using the M4 Allen Key (9) to ensure a secure attachment.
5. Fit the Slats in Place
Lay out the Set of Slats (M) evenly across the bed frame. Ensure that they are aligned properly with the side rails.

Secure the slats on the corner using JCBC-W Bolts (7) as shown on the diagram.

Fasten the slats in place with CSK Screws (8) by inserting them through the pre-drilled holes and tightening them.
6. Final Check
Verify that all slats are securely fastened and evenly spaced.

Check for any loose connections and tighten the screws if necessary.
