The underbed will accommodate a mattress with a maximum height of 17cm.

Materials

  1. 1. Assemble Headboards and Footboards

    1. Insert Wood Dowels (1) into the designated holes on the Headboard and Footboard Panels (C).
    2. Attach the Headboard and Footboard Panels (C) with the Foot Posts (A and B). Ensure the dowels fit into the corresponding holes.
    3. Secure with hardware in the corresponding spaces. Insert a Half Moon Nut (2), a Flat Washer (3), a Split Lock Washer (4) and a JCBC Screw (5) as shown in the diagram. Tighten everything with a M4 Allen Key (9). 

    Follow the same steps to assemble all Headboards and Footboards.

  2. 2. Assemble Bed Frame

    1. Position the Headboard and Footboard upright.
    2. Insert Wood Dowels (1) to the Side Rails (C) and attach them to the headboard and footboard.
    3. Insert JCBC (6) through the aligned holes as shown on the diagram.
    4. Fasten with a Barrel Nut (7).
    5. Use the M4 Allen Key (9) to fully tighten the bolts.

    Follow the same steps to assemble both bed frames.

  3. 3. Attach the Slats

    1. Place the Bed Slats (E) across the bed frame.
    2. Secure each Slat using CSK Screw (8) as shown in the diagram.
    3. Use a screwdriver to tighten each screw, ensuring the slats are firmly attached to the frame.

    Follow the same steps to finish both beds.

  4. 4. Final Check and Stacking

    • Verify that all slats are securely fastened and evenly spaced.
    • Check for any loose connections and tighten the screws if necessary.
    • To stack them place one bed on top of the other carefully.
