The platform at www.aaaltext.com is operated by Guindo Design S.L., a Spanish company with registered address at C/ Lepant 400, 5º 1ª, 08025 Barcelona, Spain, and tax identification code (C.I.F.) ESB66996414.

What we collect, and why

The only personal data this site collects from a visitor is the information you yourself submit through the demo-request form: your name, email address, and company. We use it for one purpose — to respond to your demo request.

The legal basis is your request itself, in the sense of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).

How long we keep it

We keep your demo-request data until you ask us to delete it, or up to 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first.

Who else processes it

The site is hosted on Vercel (EU region) and transactional emails are sent through Resend (EU region). These providers process the data on our behalf, under data- processing agreements, and only to deliver the service. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict our use of it, to receive it in a portable format, or to object to its use. Contact hola@guindo.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (opens in new tab).
